Terms of Service
General
✲I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
✲I reserve the right to use my art in public portfolios, commission examples, or other promotional material. Any commissioned art will NEVER be resold.
✲Commissioned art is for personal use only. Use as icons, banners, and reuploading to other websites is permitted with credit linking back to my information. Commercial use must be discussed with me prior to commissioning; fee will vary depending on how it is used.
✲Use of my art in NFTs, AI training, etc. is NOT permitted.
✲Initial sketch and other progress pictures will be sent to clients periodically during the working period. Any changes can be requested during this time. Changes CANNOT be guaranteed once the piece is completed.
*Each additional character adds 25% to the commission cost.Payment✲Payment for a commission must be received in full before work on a commissioned piece will begin.
✲Payment is NOT necessary to secure a spot on my queue.
✲All prices are listed in USD. I accept payment through Ko-Fi and CashApp.
✲Refunds are NOT accepted unless the piece has not been started.
